The Shortest Distance but Longest Waiting For Air Blowers

We’ve been supplying with various fan motors, blowers such as centrifugal fan, axial fan, exhaust blowers, recirculation blowers, ventilation Blower, PTC fan, cross-flow fan etc. Normlly fan’s lead time is much faster than motors. In case all materials can be available within 15-20 days and fans can be ready for shipment within 30 days.
But in 2023 one centrifugal fan last about 6 months before reach our client, which was called the longest waiting. That experience was really expressive and moved by all parties. We’d like to share for our clients to have more information about certification, sampling and transportation etc.. So you can schedule blower and motors order better.
This is our old client. Because of mutual good cooperation basis, when they requested us to make sample of centrifugal fan with nameplate specifications and photo only. After they tested first sample data is correct but didn’t work well in their end product. Then they sent us sample and it became different story of course. Nameplate info was wrong both of us wasted time and cost, lucky we sent them 100% satisfied sample finally.
The axial fans need UL or ETL certificates, we spent 3-4 months finishing the whole process.
After all these procedures, time came to end of the year, we didn’t expect sea port became so crazy and our driver waited 3 day-and-night till goods entered warehouse of sea port.
Goodness is after 8 years waiting our clients are very happy with goods and now we don’t need to worry about lead time any more.
So the most efficient method of customization is sending sample or detailed drawing with accurate specifications and other requirements to save time and cost for out
