lines, ten winding equipment, ten spot welding equipment, ten fine turning equipment, seven balancing equipment, three sets of
automatic shell pressure bearings. Three-layer processing workshop, different workshops focus on different series of products to
ensure the supply of large quantities of products, annual turnover of nearly ten million dollars.

Q: Do you have catalog?
A: Yes. Please tell us your preferred motor type so that we can send you proper one.
Q: Which data can be customized?
A: Voltage, speed, torque, power,dimension and shaft etc.. Kindly send us sample or share your detailed requirements for
us to evaluate and recommend you best resolution.
Q: What if my customized motor needs development of mold?
A: First, we will try to find ready mold matching your specifications. Or we can develop mold for mass production. During
sampling period we try to make sample by CNC and with ready similar parts to save your cost of testing samples as what
as we can.
Q: Do you supply motor accessories such as patch cord, encoder and PCB etc.?
A: We can help you source in case you need.
Q: Can you also supply with terminal product related with the motors?
A: We’ve been help designing and making terminal products to save cost and time..
Q: Can you quote with shipping fee?
A: Yes.We have well-cooperated forwarder and is happy to get you favorite shipping fee.
Q: What’s normal lead time of samples and mass production?
A: It takes around 15-20 days to make regular sample and 25-30 days for customized one. It will take about 45 days to
complete a 5000pcs order after samples are confirmed. Mold development time is approx 2-3 months.
Q: What is MOQ?
A: As the first stage of project any quantity is welcome as trial order. But price will be different based on materials cost
difference due to MOQ difference.
Q: How can you guarantee quality?
A: Always make sample as per confirmed drawing and data. Always start mass production according to confirmed samples.
Always 100% final inspection before shipment. Always get satisfaction from our clients.
Q: Is your price accurate online? How can I place sample order?
A: Price here is rough idea of our standard model only. Please contact us for confirmation of specification before get
accurate and favorite price. Then we can go on with online sample order or directly deal with our company off line.
Q: What’s your after-sale service?
A: Normally one year guarantee after goods reach your hand. Due to different work duty the life time will vary. However,
we will always be cooperative to help resolve the problem.
Q: What certificates do you have?
A: All materials passed RohS. Since motors are normally customized and the certification cost and period is different. We
can apply for certificates(such as CE, UL, CSA, ETL and WEEE etc.) as per client’s request. Certification period normally
takes 2-3 months.
Q: Are you manufacture or trading company?
A: We’re a team of partnership with professional and experienced technical, procurement,international communicator and
after-sales team etc.. Our company Meichu is responsible for importing&exporting business, but we have tightly cooperated
and contracted factories, we joined each other’s company one another to be sure of good quality, high efficiency and timely
